Is it appraisers or guidelines they are required to follow?

Undervalued appraisals can pose problems in a real estate transaction. Although it doesn’t happen that often, it is not fun when it happens. While we as Sellers, and their Realtors pass blame to the appraiser is it really their fault? The Federal Home Buyer Credit is officially extended

DRUM ROLL PLEASE…. IT’S OFFICIAL!!! Congress passed the extension the Federal home buying tax credit through September 30, 2010. This tax credit was normally set to expire on June 30, 2010, and allows first-time buyers to receive up to $8,000, and repeat buyers to receive up to $6,500 upon successfully closing escrow.
